1. About ABC Park & Ride

ABC Park & Ride is an independent parking discovery and referral platform designed to help travellers make more informed choices when selecting airport and cruise parking providers.

ABC Park & Ride currently operates as a pre-incorporation trading name. A limited company will be incorporated in due course, at which point these Terms & Conditions may be updated.

ABC Park & Ride does not own, operate, or manage parking facilities, and does not itself provide parking services or process bookings or payments.

2. Our role as a trust layer

ABC Park & Ride operates as a trust and transparency layer between travellers and third-party parking providers.

Our role includes:

researching and vetting providers before inclusion
reviewing publicly available information and customer feedback
monitoring patterns of concern where they arise
challenging providers where standards appear not to be met
suspending or removing providers where trust criteria are no longer satisfied

While we take reasonable steps to vet and monitor providers, ABC Park & Ride is not a party to any booking or parking contract and does not control day-to-day service delivery.

3. Third-party providers and bookings

All parking services are provided by independent third-party operators.

When you click through from ABC Park & Ride to a provider’s website, any booking, payment, or contractual relationship is formed directly between you and that provider.

The provider remains responsible for:

service delivery
pricing and availability
cancellations and refunds
customer support
handling complaints and claims

ABC Park & Ride is not responsible for the performance of parking services but may review feedback and take action on provider inclusion where appropriate.

4. Affiliate relationships

Some links on this website are affiliate links. If you click through to a third-party provider and make a booking, ABC Park & Ride may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence:

which providers are listed
how providers are presented
whether a provider is recommended

Inclusion on ABC Park & Ride is based on our independent trust and vetting criteria, not on payment for placement.

5. Information accuracy and transparency

We aim to present clear, honest, and up-to-date information. However, information relating to prices, availability, services, and policies is supplied by third-party providers and may change without notice.

ABC Park & Ride does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party information and encourages users to review provider terms carefully before booking.

6. When things go wrong

ABC Park & Ride recognises that parking issues can be stressful, particularly around travel.

While booking-related issues must be handled directly with the relevant provider, ABC Park & Ride may:

investigate repeated or systemic issues
reassess whether a provider continues to meet our standards

We reserve the right to suspend or remove providers that no longer align with our trust principles.

7. Use of the website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

use the site to transmit malicious code or spam
misuse content or branding without permission

8. Limitation of liability
